The Opportunity We have an exciting, high-impact leadership opportunity for an Executive Director, US Marketing, Rare Nephrology. This role is accountable for setting the U.S. commercial vision and driving all aspects of strategy, execution, and field enablement across the Rare Nephrology portfolio-including current brands and future indications. As a core member of the US Rare Hematology & Nephrology Leadership Team, you will shape enterprise strategy, culture, and talent development while ensuring integrated and compliant commercialization. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives-an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles.
